Bozeman Bike to Work Week, May 15th-19th

0479553001601306115.jpgDid you know that regular exercise reduces risks for cardiovascular diseases, cancers, diabetes and dementia. 30 minutes of heart rate elevating exercise each day can have significant health benefits. Research has shown exercise to have "a dose-dependent relationship" to reducing health risks (to a point). You can exercise too much; but, generally, the more you exercise, the better.  In addition, even 15 minutes of moderate exercise daily has been shown to significantly reduce mortality (death) rates due to any cause.

Many of us feel as though we are too busy with our life responsibilities to incorporate exercise into our daily routine. While any exercise is good, choosing an activity that is enjoyable, that you can establish as habit, is ideal.

Bozeman Bike to Work Week is May 15-19. The Bozeman Bike to Work Week has a morning stop each day with coffee and snacks provided with a social atmosphere as well as evening stop that are located at a different brewery each evening for discounted libations and social interaction.
